Booking, Payment & Cancelation

Booking, Payment & Cancellation policy for Nepal trips:
– You can book and confirm your tour by sending a scanned copy of your passport and making a advance payment of 25% of the tour price. However you can make a full payment at the time of booking, if you want, for your convenience and saving bank charge.
– Once you have booked, we will send you the invoice and confirmation letter. 
– The full payment should be done by at least 45 days prior to the trip starting date. 
–  Any local payments by credit card, there will be 3% extra. 
–  We take bookings as early as 2 year in advance. 
–  The payment should be deposited to our company’s bank account. The bank charge or fees to be borne by the sender. 
 
Cancellation charge:
–  45 or more days prior to the trip starting date - 10% of total invoice 
–  44 - 30 days prior to the trip starting date - 20% of total invoice 
–  29 - 15 days prior to the trip starting date - 50% of total invoice 
–  Less than 15 days prior to the trip starting date - 100% of total invoice
